7-Day Full Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of enrollment, with no questions asked. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the course you’ve enrolled in, you may request a refund within 7 days of your enrollment date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an Email: Email us at reach@saptalks.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your full name, course name, and enrollment date.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your request, we will review and process the refund within 7-10 business days.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Important Notes
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your enrollment date. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Once a refund is issued, access to the course and all associated materials will be revoked.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method used during enrollment.
- No partial refunds are granted for completed modules or course content already accessed after the 7-day window.
- In case of any Refunds approved by Vexta Technologies, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
